The Grand Budapest Hotel model was for a window display in Blackwell’s Art & Poster, Broad Street, Oxford. The model was to celebrate the launch of the ‘Wes Anderson Grand Budapest Hotel’ book by Abrams publishers. It was completely hand crafted by Ben, taking over 3 months to complete and stood 1 metre tall by 2 metres wide. The craftsmanship was shown in the meticulous detailing and exquisite overall care, reflecting the wonderful character and style of Wes Anderson’s quirky films.
